An exceptional ruby and diamond heart-shaped pendant, designed with a bold domed form and intricate layered construction. The central heart-shaped panel is pavé set with forty-seven round brilliant-cut diamonds, forming a concentrated area of brilliance.

This is surrounded by a border of forty-one tapering baguette-cut diamonds, creating a refined structured frame that enhances the overall design. Encircling this is a further outer layer of one hundred and ninety-one circular mixed-cut rubies, pavé set and displaying a rich medium to dark red colour, adding depth and vibrant contrast to the piece.

The pendant is suspended from a rigid, tapering twist bail, additionally pavé set with forty round brilliant-cut diamonds, ensuring continuity of sparkle throughout.

Crafted in 18ct white gold, the construction is substantial and well-balanced, offering both durability and a refined, luxurious finish.
