All items offered for sale are:
- Subject to availability
- Described as accurately as possible
- Typically pre-owned, antique or vintage unless stated otherwise
Due to the nature of jewellery, including handmade and vintage pieces, slight variations, inclusions, or signs of wear may be present and do not constitute faults.
We reserve the right to amend product descriptions, specifications, and pricing at any time without notice.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in GBP (£)
- Prices may change at any time without notice
- The price at checkout is the final agreed price
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors.
4. Payment
We accept secure payments via:
- Debit/Credit Card
- PayPal
- Klarna / PayPal Pay in 3, subject to provider approval
All payments are processed via secure third-party providers. We do not store payment details.
5. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Request additional verification before processing high-value transactions
6. Delivery
- Delivery is arranged with the buyer following purchase for security and insurance purposes
- All items are dispatched using fully insured, tracked delivery services
- A signature will be required upon delivery
Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
All returns are governed strictly by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Due to the high-value, specialist and often one-of-a-kind nature of our jewellery, returns are only accepted where an item is materially not as described or has a significant undisclosed fault.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- All returns must be approved in writing before being sent back
- Returns must comply fully with our Returns Policy conditions
We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

8. Condition of Returned Items
Approved returns must:
- Be unworn and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, certification, and documentation
- Returned items must be sent via a fully insured, tracked service appropriate to the item’s value.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being refused.
9. Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
10. Authenticity & Certification
- All items are described based on professional assessment and industry knowledge
- Where applicable, independent certification may be available upon request
- Any valuations or estimates provided are for insurance purposes only and do not represent or guarantee resale value, future value, or investment performance
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control
- Loss or damage occurring after confirmed delivery
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
